Shipping & Return Policy
Part of our commitment in offering the best home-decor is making sure it is delivered fast & efficiently. That is why we offer FREE shipping on all orders!
After confirming your purchase, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule your delivery.
For orders of 10 or more boxes your order will arrive by pallet with our delivery partner, on the scheduled date & time.
Orders of 9 boxes or less will be delivered by UPS. As soon as the delivery is scheduled you will receive an email with the order tracking number.
Cancellation / changes
You may cancel or make changes to your order prior to it being shipped. We unfortunately cannot accept any changes or cancellation once the product has left our warehouse. If you need to still cancel your order, you will need to accept the product and contact our customer service team to process the order as a return.
Day of delivery
We ask kindly that you ensure someone is available to receive your delivery at the scheduled time. In the event that no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, you will be charged an additional fee. Our delivery partner will be in touch to reschedule the delivery at the next available date & time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your item within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Kindly note, returns are not accepted for items that have been installed and/or are out of their original package. Everhome reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are no longer in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
Orders of 10 or more boxes will be delivered with a pallet. If you are receiving an order with a pallet, it is recommended that you keep the pallet for 72 hours in case of any returns.
